Promoting access to knowledge and the development of people with disabilities


Created in 2008, the Paris Eglantine association aims to help and support people with disabilities by offering them services in various professional, social, cultural and psychological fields.

The lack of infrastructure allowing the reception of people with disabilities in learning and cultural places leads to the exclusion of nearly 26% of the French population.

Our institute was inspired by the rosehip, wild rose, "solitary", beautifying nature, to pay tribute to people with disabilities who, although marginalized, are an integral part of our society, in all its diversity.

Joseph Wresinski said: to consider the progress of society in the light of the quality of life of the poorest and most excluded is the dignity of a nation founded on Human Rights. »

The inclusion of people with disabilities is everyone's business.



Promoting access to knowledge and the development of people with disabilities


The teaching of the Arabic language as well as religious knowledge (Arab-Muslim civilization courses, learning the Koran for example) in Braille.

Socialization (autonomy, integration, psychological support) thanks in particular to the opening of their activities to able-bodied people.

Entertainment with cultural trips as well as sports activities adapted to respect everyone's rhythm and physique.

A very strong awareness of the issue of disability among the Muslim community, especially during events such as the Paris Air Show for example.
